Thanks for the feedback! While we understand that it can seem counterintuitive and a waste of time to watermark sample files for free assets, it adds an extra layer of protection for creators. Most importantly, it prevents a creator’s free assets being listed elsewhere by someone else, and ensures that users of the assets have an official licence to use the asset under licence restrictions rather than copying directly from the sample files and never being issued a licence.
